GUARANTEE

The whips I make are guaranteed to be of my best leathercraft and expertise, all of them are made for durability under stress. Thus my whips do come with a repair guarantee for 1 year. All I ask is that my customers pay the freight to and from my workshop, and I will invest time and material.

The exception to this are whips which were faultily treated (please see care & safety) or accidentally broken/harmed (e.g.by fire, live embers, chemicals, fraying on hard surfaces, tampering etc.). But those whips as well can be sent in for repair, usually at a low fee (please inquire, detailing what needs to be repaired).

I am member of the Australian Plaiters & Whipmakers Association and stand by its standards and rules, I also accept the APWA as an arbitration body in any case of complaint regarding my workmanship.
